After 15 years in this industry, I can tell you one thing for sure — there’s a lot of noise out there when it comes to skincare.

Hi! I’m Amanda and I’m here to cut through that noise and all of the misleading nonsense. Products, treatments, trends, and ingredients are constantly being marketed as the next big solution. It can be overwhelming, and often leaves people more confused about their skin than when they started.

I’ve been an Esthetician for over 15 years and have pursued extensive advanced training well beyond what is required to receive a license to work on skin.

But simply put:

I love what I do.

The Skin Lab is entirely my own. I handle every aspect of the business so that my work, recommendations, and ethics are never influenced by sales quotas, vendor pressure, or outside agendas. This independence allows me to focus on what matters most — my clients and what is truly best for their skin.

Since graduating esthetics school, I’ve worked almost entirely on my own. A short time spent in a concept salon/spa confirmed something important for me: I never wanted to operate as a big business with sales requirements or product quotas.

My responsibility has always been to my clients.

For the past 15 years, that’s exactly how I’ve practiced.

My goal has always been to create the kind of place I wish existed before I became an Esthetician — somewhere people could come to actually learn about their skin and understand how to properly take care of it.

Because great skin doesn’t come from chasing trends or using endless products.
